  I have been to a number of Carmax locations and this one has been just as great as the rest of them. They really aren't pushy. You really can't / don't have to haggle. They have only one upsell which is the warranty. It makes buying a car SUCH a better experience. I don't understand why anyone would step foot in a regular pushy, tricky dealership after visiting a Carmax. I will definitely be buying my next car from them, I am so glad they finally have a Michigan location!
