  I found The Studio Yoga in January and I love this place! The instructors, the space, the way that any person at any level in their practice can come here to grow and thrive. Yoga helps me center, focus, and balance while growing in strength and confidence - all of this is welcomed and encouraged at The Studio Yoga. I particularly love the focus on proper form and movement so that each individual student can benefit in some way from any pose - this is why I love yoga, because it's an exercise that any person of any level of strength and ability can participate without feeling inadequate and the instructors here all embody that philosophy.

  Attended one of Jennifer's slow flow classes on a Tuesday evening when I was visiting from out of town. Perfect guidance, cueing, and ambiance from a very skilled instructor. Thank you.
